Responsible for SAP integration with 14 major Co-operative society accounts. Systems, processes, retail operations at one of the largest retail grocery sales businesses in the UK- Christmas temp to UK board director at £1bn Per annum annum specialist retailer. HMV - Operations director, responsible for all non-trade supplies procurement, store layout, and range merchandising, Customer service, full stores P and L responsibility, Supply chain and central operations functions- Product director, responsible for all commercial aspects of entertainment product purchasing through a team of forty buyers, negotiation and merchandising as key- After twenty years at HMV, moved on to consulting in the specialist retail area- Employed at Entertainment UK as business unit manager for Zavvi (Ex- Virgin Megastores)- Opened three entertainment retail stores of my own in 2009. Successfully realised assets in on-line retail- At Grainger Games, we improved profit, cut costs, improved logistics, introduced a rewards scheme, launched an app, delivered exceptional profit increases from online trading, introduced digital sales, re-branded the entire business, grew incremental non-core sales areas to 30% of total business, improved market share and margins- at Global Tech sourcing we have developed a business from scratch to an estimated T/O year one of over £500k.
