Ownership of individual sales and profit targets, in line with agreed budgets, to ensure Tools & General Maintenance division meets agreed growth targetsDeliver increased profitability and efficiencies, across the category and across territoriesNegotiation of global agreements with preferred and strategic suppliers covering all aspects of the relationship (Price, Rebates, Marketing and Price Support, Supply Chain). This will be done in full collaboration with the Group Purchasing Director.Influence country pricing policies to ensure profit maximisationCategory ROI and GM development.Deliver a Pan European catalogue in 12 languages and also local pricing conditions.Development of country specific training packages.Other key publication deadlinesProvide category management services to all countries to facilitate successful penetration (or accelerated growth) in individual product categories.Create and develop high level, proactive relationships with key strategic suppliers and to ensure that supplier relationships are successfully development at both European and country level.
