Solely responsible for developing Icera / Nvidia’s in house RF test system.• Built and managed a team from the ground up.• Coordinated an international team to develop a SQL database for the storage, retrieval and analysis of the test results by anyone within the company. This required working closely with teams in Santa Clara. It included 3 meets a week for 4 years and travel to Santa Clara.• Using the RF test system Icera produced over 10M USB dongles, all of the development testing and debug was performed using this system.• Specified and commissioned the RF shielded enclosures that were used for environmental testing of the modems.• Trained teams in China, Korea, Taiwan and the USA in the use of the system. Worked closely with the international teams to debug the HW and SW being developed. • Setting up the ATE system in China, Korea, Twain and the USA. Which required extensive liaison with IT departments in 3 different country’s.• Debugged / repaired test systems and radio PCB’s
