Formulate credible recommended planning outcomes through risk and economic modeling work.• Identify and lead change management activities required to support transition to and sustainment of new processes in support of continued Downstream Manufacturing process maturity.• Build and steward integrated view of portfolio profitability across the value chain, in coordination with Finance and Commercial, including Performance Management results.Portfolio & Investment Management• Oversee consolidated and disciplined portfolio management, capital prioritization ($600 MM/yr) and key benchmarking performance measures, portfolio-level data stewardship and controls to support dashboards, analytics, calibrated risk visualization, decision analysis and evaluation, and results clarity. • Steward Cenovus’ Downstream Environment Social Governance (ESG) prioritization and advancement, in collaboration with asset, regional and corporate leadership, and Sustainability.
