Key activities:• Facilitating workshops with new customers of the Ardoq EA tool, guiding them to follow an outcome based approach to their EA modelling activities.• Helping customers to identify, prioritise and elaborate on their key business objectives.• Providing strategic guidance on effective enterprise modelling approaches and producing an optimised implementation plan to reduce time to value for key stakeholders.• Undertaking consulting and advisory engagements with customers, to provide guidance during implementation.
