   Oversee in the Daily plan, execution and overall succession as manufacture engineer and Integration Manager for PayloadDevelopment to meet launch date- Working together with other departments such as QA, Production control, Planner, and Vehicle Engineer to prevent delay and problem through daily tag up meeting and Follow up meeting if necessary- Acknowledged and collaborated directly with IPT lead to resolved quality, technical or internal issues that could cause delay on the schedule- Served as a Mediator for internal issues and conflicting priorities for Members with other departments- Monitored progress of projects and reported any issues including Technical analysis, labor planning, New fixtures/equipments, Quality defect to the Project Manager through weekly report- Assisted customer through MRB meeting report to help on finding the best solution to fit customer order and demand.
