As a Senior Naval Officer with twenty years of experience at the tactical, operational and strategic level work, Commander Simon Nadeau managed 250 people at sea in close quarters and led civilians and military staff officers as a Section Head in the Directorate of Naval Requirement to support the delivery of military capability of over $1Billion worth of naval projects.An expert in Canadian military operations, training and National Defence procurement, Simon Nadeau is fluent in English and French enabling him to leverage his network, and military experience to develop, build and implement successful business growth strategies to pursue and capture multi-million dollar Canadian government programs.
