At Orgvue, I led large-scale research and design projects across a deeply complex SaaS platform used for organisational design and workforce planning. The platform deals with layered data models and advanced functionality, so a key part of my role is turning that complexity into something intuitive and usable.I run end-to-end research programs to uncover user needs, test assumptions, and guide product direction. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts, I help the team focus on what matters, making sure we align around evidence and build with clarity.Beyond delivery, I mentor designers, shape our design and research processes, and contribute to a more joined-up, insight-led product culture across the organisation.
