Aligning customer needs, business processes and products in both B2C and B2B, I have a proven track record to deliver customer centric E2E lead to cash and lead to order processes across multiple sectors. I have created, refined and led virtual teams across commercial, product, propositions and operational disciplines to grow business profitability via providing excellent operational processes and most importantly delightful customer service for product procurement.In my current role I am responsible for the lead to order processes of a diverged portfolio of telco products, which generate £318m revenues across SME, Corporate and Wholesale divisions for Access, Mobile and VOIP products. My objective is to provide customer centric solutions via lead to order processes utilising digital platforms such as Salesforce.com and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools to enable solution selling in a single shopping basket and contract document. I am responsible for ensuring that business profitability is managed through commercial assessment and approval management via the same deal toolings.In 2013 I was responsible for the solution design & build of the BT Sport commercial lead to cash customer centric processes, which generated revenues of £30m in just 9 months from deployment of the order journey and processes I designed and built. This involved working at pace with agile business requirements, working with the likes of Sky Tv to integrate with their fulfilment and tv encryption protocols.
