Process mapping fee earner tasks to identify where improvements can be made through technology, lower cost resources and removal of unnecessary tasks - Tracking and reporting on ongoing improvement projects to senior stakeholders - Working with Business Development to help create Best Delivery content for client pitches - Project managing the implementation of a complex multi jurisdictional tool – this involved working with the vendor to create a MVP, budgeting the cost of the tool, mapping out a global roll out plan and ensuring that our development team create the tool as per the requirements of the subject matter expert - Creation and implementation of a new strategy for the adoption of a key technology tool for our M&A teams. So far we have increased its use on relevant matters by 20%- Oversight of the implementation of 4 global document review hotlines for one of our Corporate teams. Tasked with reducing write off I helped implement a solution to reduce associate time for our key clients. For FY21 we saved over £1.5m in write off despite the volume of documents increasing 50% YoY
