WORK HISTORY
Partner @Metalogue Consulting
London, GB
I am a Founding Partner at Metalogue an organisation development and design consultancy set up to allow us to do interesting transformation work that makes a real difference for clients. In brief, we help organisations become better at achieving their purpose. We do this by changing the nature of conversations, interrupting patterns of behaviour, and improving collaborationAnd our clients tend to know us for one or more of four things: • Strategy engagement• Organisation design• Senior team effectiveness• Culture changeWhere we start depends on where you are. Sometimes it will be about translating the strategy from being a piece of paper to something that lives in everyday decisions. Other times the focus may be structural re-design, thinking about the way you organise. Often it is working with senior teams to help them be more effective in transforming their organisations. And we are always guiding people on how to change the culture, the real experience of working together.Clients are from a wide range of sectors, public and private, such as: Novartis, Bayer, Brittany Ferries, Mann + Hummel, Eakin Healthcare, UK Government, Scottish Government, NHS, Vorwerk, Nexans, Open University
