ABOUT SIMON MANSERI
I am a qualified social worker with over 15 years of experience. I have worked across most areas of children’s safeguarding including duty, assessment, children in care, care leavers and adoption. I have held the position of IRO and PSW in my career. I have spent most of my career working in the public sector but I am currently in the private sector. I am currently a senior leader with a focus on quality assurance and practice improvement. I am really passionate about supporting children’s safeguarding practitioners to be the best that they can be, so that they have the maximum impact on the children and families they support. Additionally, I love supporting organisations on improvement journey or on their practice development journey. I have developed a keen interest in safeguarding in sport and I am an independent member of the Football Association Safeguarding Panel.
