With over forty years of experience in Fisheries, Aquaculture and food Processing, I now know a thing or two about the industries. I am a consultant, advising on all aspects of fisheries and aquaculture, specialising in fish and food processing. I am Consulting Partner to VisionAfric Development, and have aquaculture projects in eight African Countries, plus a humanitarian project to bring desperately needed fresh drinkable water to the North Horr constituency of Kenya.I am a Director of Open Ocean FZ-LLC, an offshore mariculture business specialising in farming tuna off the Seychelles.I am a Director of Roots FSC, a South African Cooperative Bank.I am a Director of First National Chamber of Commerce in South Africa.I am a Director of Air Moran in KenyaI am a Director of Angel Airways in Indonesia If you are looking to start up, expand or diversify in fish processing, especially value adding, let me know and I will be there, anywhere in the world, to guide you through it all from A-Z in production flow, sourcing equipment, product development, staff training and marketing. I have worked in over thirty countries with all sizes of business from one man operated to multi nationals adding value so they can add profits.In the public sector, I sit on a number of Parliamentary Committees in both the Scottish Parliament and the UK Parliament at Westminster. I have held numerous Directorships, serving as Chair, Vice Chair and Non Executive Director, guiding organisations and working closely with Government Ministers through difficult times such as the pandemic.I am passionate about food, which has led me to numerous television and radio appearances, mostly on daytime television in the UK. I have starred in a six part television series \" The United Kitchens\" on USA Global TV. That was great fun. So much so, that I have now become a regular presenter on a weekly show with USA Global TV and Radio, reaching out to a world wide audience. I\'m always looking for new opportunities and have some good ideas for a new series if there is a producer out there willing to take up the challenge.
