I am an energetic and motivated Operations and Systems Management senior at MSOE with numerous and diverse, hands-on, and team-based project experiences. I’m passionate about optimizing processes, leading teams that excel at communication and efficiency, along with driving operational excellence.Currently, I’m interning at Briggs & Stratton as an Assistant Production Supervisor, where I’ve been able to apply my academic knowledge in a real-world manufacturing environment. In this role, I support production planning, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring materials flow efficiently to meet production goals. I manage a team to ensure the quality of goods leaving the distribution center are of the highest standard.Looking ahead, I’m eager to expand my expertise in operations analytics along with supply chain processes, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within a well-functioning team to create value across various operations.I’m always open to connecting with industry professionals to share insights, collaborate, and grow.

   Created new work center which involved measuring potential work areas, considered headcount impacts, and understanding the material flow. This process allowed for me to create a new work center safely that allows for insourcing within the facility.• Learned the workflow processes more in depth through hands-on-experience for packaging, kitting, and bagging; learned inventory processes as well.• Found and managed prioritized jobs that needed to be delivered to our prioritized customers within 24 hours• Managed a team on various projects that involved the quality of our products, correcting them, and ensuring customers would be satisfied with their product requests• Conducted safety project around entire facility, which included taping and marking off fire extinguishers along with fire escape routes to have proper space for use if necessary.
