I am a qualified ITIL Expert in IT Service Management and have extensive knowledge of ISO Service Management and ITSM systemsCurrently working for NHS Digital as a Senior Service Manager in the Cohorting Live Services team, responsible for all the service management activities for the COVID Therapeutics services, working in partnership with NHS England, NHS BSA and BJSS teams to deliver first class servicesMy previous role was as Head of IT Service Operations with budget responsibility of £4m.
