Change management comes naturally as well as mentoring the team. 22 years Army experiance finishing as Regimental Sergeant Major. Commercial Development Manager for The Launch Group Apr 2017-Mar 2018. Manager of a veterans supported housing accommodation scheme Mar 2018 - May 2019. Providing a positive enviroment which will drive positive change. Project Managing the Northern Care Coordination Partnership (supporting the most vulnerable veterans, their families and carers) for Walking With The Wounded. Leading the organisations collaborative project with the NHS High Intensity Service as the National Programme manager. Now a Service Improvement Lead at Newcastle City Council within the Adult Social Care and Integrated Services Directorate, working with some amazing people to help improve the systems that support our vulnerable population. Volunteer for The Princes Trust for many years, helping others is in my blood. I believe, if you give people an opportunity to thrive, believe in them, they will impress and succeed.
