I am passionate about building stronger, more inclusive communities. My strength is bringing people, business together, sparking innovation, and creating space for others to shine.As CEO of Onemda, I’ve been fortunate to lead the organisation through more than a decade of transformation. What started as a $2.5M local provider has grown into a $15M multi-campus service reaching people across 20+ local government areas. That growth has been grounded in a clear purpose: to create impact through community development and customer first thinking. Transformation & ChangeMore recently, I’ve overseen a large-scale digital transformation. Rolling out new systems (inc MYOB and Microsoft Dynamics) finance, payroll, risk, and rostering. It’s been about future-proofing the organisation while staying agile and human-centred. Regulation & EthicsI’ve worked in highly regulated environments for most of my career, but I’ve never let government narratives define our path. Instead, I treat them as frameworks, but the real driver is always the customer and their experience.🧪 Innovation & Research FocusIn 2018, we opened our Research & Innovation Centre in collaboration with the research, university and tech industries, reinforcing our commitment to being not just a service provider, but a sector leader. We were proud to receive the Australia Day Menzies Award along with multiple ManninghamBusiness Excellence awards in recognition of the reputation we’ve built with the people and communities we serve. Growth + PurposeI recently completed an MBA focused on innovation, impact, and leadership @Ducere Business School/ I love seeing what’s possible when businesses work together with a shared purpose. I’m always open to connecting with others who care about impact, inclusion, and creating lasting change, locally or globally.
