ABOUT SIMON LAMB
My current role is in the construction industry for a sub-contractor providing drylining, ceilings, plastering and firestopping services, mainly in the the south west of England. I have experience estimating for both large and small projects and also surveying ongoing work, including contract management and payment applications. I am also studying part time to complete a Masters in Quantity Surveying at Northumbria University.After finishing University at a top-tier university, I have worked as a Manager, Project Manager and in Sales for many different people. Through this experience I have gained a wealth of knowledge that has allowed me to lead complex projects in both gym new openings and refurbishments. In these roles I have used my organisational, time keeping, strong decision making and people skills to deliver exceptional quality finished projects.
