As the owner of the Digital Qualification Landscape, my primary focus is on Employee Learning & Development. I specialize in curriculum development for data roles such as Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst and MLEngineer. This includes designing and delivering training programs and resources to help employees acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in these roles. My goal is to ensure that employees are equipped with the latest industry trends and best practices, as well as the technical skills required to work with data effectively. I also continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs, and make necessary adjustments to ensure they align with the company’s goals and objectives.
