Daily interactions with Customers and colleagues from the US, through Europe and Africa. Products include Public and Private cloud (OCI), SaaS, Exadata, Database (on premise and cloud), Applications, OSS/BSS platforms and applications.Leading major incident and critical situations to ensure a fast restoration of services, engaging with senior stakeholders and Oracle executives where needed.Defining and implementation of service strategies across the global and product landscape with the aim of improving delivery of services, reducing Customer downtime and deepening relationships.Build and maintain a thorough understanding of Customers Oracle landscape and works collaboratively to ensure best solutions and outcomes to resolve business challengesProactively ensure Customer is achieving success across their entire Oracle footprint on premise and in the Oracle cloud (OCI). Drives proactive activities to ensure customer and partners are adopting proven best practices. Ensures the Customer and Oracle are aligned and prepared to manage reactive situations such as incidents and escalated problems.
