I love the tangible nature of property and work with investors, occupiers and developers of commercial real estate and their funders on their UK transactions.I have particular experience of development transactions, in particular strategic land development and also in guiding occupiers through the process of leasing and then managing business premises. My landlord clients find my understanding of their tenants and customers invaluable, too.Sustainability, ESG and all the real estate issues arising from these increasingly important topics particularly interest me; I regularly advise clients and colleagues on \"green leasing\", EPCs, ESOS, Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards and also the general pathway to net zero.
