ABOUT SIMON KELLY
Ordinary human with an extraordinary interest in making corporate sustainability engaging and fun for colleagues. I’ve been working in sustainable business for over 15 years with 10 years focussed solely on connecting humans (and their behaviour) with sustainability strategy and culture. I’ve studied the theory through a Sustainability Leadership Masters at Cambridge, developed multiple award-winning engagement strategies as a Sustainability Engagement and Behaviour Change Director at a Fortune 500 Company, and am now trying to scale this impact through Stickerbook; Gamified education and engagement software (based at and backed by the University of Cambridge) that makes connecting your strategy with colleagues easy, fun and effective. Or at least 98% of users say so!Outside of Sustainabilty Engagement and Behaviour Change, I am an unashamed fan of running and Westlife - ideally both at the same time - bop, bop, bopping my way through 10 marathons (slowly) whilst being serenaded by the lads from Sligo.
