As a NOC Analyst II I\'m responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the NOC and managing a team of network operations technicians. My role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the network infrastructure, providing technical expertise, coordinating incident response, network monitoring and analysis, escalation management, documentation and reporting, training and development, process improvement and providing technical support to my team. My strong communication skills have allowed me to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. As a Network Analyst II for NoaNet I prioritized providing exceptional on-shift monitoring of all alarm boards and systems. Offering advanced troubleshooting responses and resolution for our customers with minimal downtown. Responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization’s network infrastructure. Working closely with the Network Engineering team to ensure the reliability, security, and optimal performance of NoaNet’s Network. Maintain tickets and emails along with answering phone calls in a professional, timely manner. Work to minimize the call outs of our field and network engineers. Meet all SLA agreements and maintain and monitor all miles of our fiber optic Network.
