Managed a team of six full-time creatives and developers, including staff level graphic and motion designers, a UI/UX designer and senior front-end engineer, as well as multiple freelancers and agencies. Oversaw brand creative for the Avalanche (Avax) top-10 blockchain, as well as Ava Labs consumer products including Core and AvaCloud. Led project and process management for the team; tracking timelines for dozens of projects simultaneously while optimizing speed and creative quality. Led visual design for digital properties, including social accounts totalling 1.5m+ followers, marketing websites, paid advertising, and product marketing. Led event design for large tentpoles including Avalanche Summit II, Avalanche House Seoul and Istanbul, Game Dev Con 2023/2024, and many more. Worked closely with senior executive leadership to deliver effective creative strategy, investor presentations, and budget and logistical support. Developed visuals and information architecture for marketing websites, including large multi-page sites with custom built CMS, and smaller micro sites and landing pages. Administrated marketing website tech stack, and interfaced with developers and agencies.
