With my colleague, Gemma Farrington, I am the author of \'Assessment of Parents within Care Proceedings\' published by Family Law (Jordan Publishing Limited), published in March 2014. The book offers a practical guide to all aspects of applications for assessment within care proceeding. It includes a review of the relevant legislation and case law, comprehensive guidance on practice and procedure (including recent changes in the court\'s handling of care proceedings) and consideration of funding issues.It has been very favourably reviewed in Family Law Magazine(June 2014 edition).
