After two years at ComSIT, during which I have taken on several positions of responsibility in a very short time, I am delighted to be able to step into the role of COO (Chief Operation Officer). While in my previous position my task was to transform the company, develop new structures, build up technical capacities and change the image and perception of the company to the outside world, it is now my challenge to optimize all of the company\'s strategically important processes and make them more efficient. The two years it took me to build the new corporate architecture in a changing world were very strenuous, but absolutely necessary. The result is a renewed company and what the international markets can expect from an electrical engineering service company. In my new position as COO, I will now work with my team to initiate the next phase, consolidate the new structure and increase efficiency. Especially in Germany, it is important to look to the future. We have a lot of young talents in Europe that needs to be developed. They bring with them knowledge and experience that, when combined, can achieve goals that some people previously thought impossible. But this also requires massive changes in the political landscape to unleash a dynamic that brings out the best in everyone. And this is exactly what ComSIT stands for with its immense diversity of people, ideas and customer-optimized services.

Additionally, I have spent several years of experience as a consultant and media producer.
