Tasked with both the follow up calls and customer service calls to note progress of the project with the overall task to be to secure the order for the supply of these. During the working day I also share the responsibility of database management, sourcing new leads and general office administration.From time to time I have attended site meetings and attend sales meetings to further our chances of securing the project.
