As a Senior Leader, I look to bring a commercial expertise to the authority, providing support, challenge and change management skills across a wide variety of teams - from economic development to adult social care. Managing the Corporate Property Team - I am responsible for the Council\'s assets and working across departments to deliver: 1) Growth - through Repton Housing, developing over 500 homes on seven sites and supporting regeneration projects across the County. 2) Major projects - delivery of £40m of Capital projects, including Norwich Castle, £14m County Hall refurbishment project and Wensum Lodge3) Estate and Facilities management - making sure our estate is fit for purpose and provides a safe modern workplace4) County Farms - managing acres of tenanted farm land, developing an estate strategy to ensure the holdings are efficient and can meet the challenges of post-Brexit agriculture 5) Disposals - Managing the disposal program and looking at commercial opportunities to deliver value for the County Council6) Contract management - building sustainable partnerships with Norse and NPS
