ABOUT SIMON HUDSON

Experienced Agile delivery manager/scrum master and project manager and with 10 years of experience across both Government and the private sector, working both as a supplier and as part of an internal delivery team.Experienced in managing projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban and managing multi-disciplinary teams with varying degrees of agile exposure and knowledge, coaching team members with less experience, with a focus on creating an environment that allows team members to focus on delivery and perform to the best of their ability.I have experience of working strategically across multiple agile teams, working with other delivery managers to set up processes within and across teams. I have introduced agile methodologies into organisations who are new to them, working to smoothly bed in new processes, coaching team members and stakeholders and working to combat resistance to organisational change.I am a skilled, trained facilitator with a extensive understanding of how to run sessions with disciplinary teams in order to ensure input from all skill sets and personalities. I am able to use a range of tools and techniques to guide teams to generating information, making and challenging decisions and reaching consensus.I have experience of user-centered design and ensuring that products developed are done so with a focus on the end user.
