ABOUT SIMON HORSPOOL
I am an experienced CertRP qualified, technical recruiter and Member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (MIRP) having entered the industry in early 2012. After a successful first few years, I co-founded Source Solutions in 2016 with the firm belief that a company which valued quality above all else, could provide a better service to its clients. I recruit within the Energy Sector, working predominantly with various types of organisations who are involved in Electrical Infrastructure, Cleaner Energy (tech and innovation), Low-Carbon Solutions / Energy Transition and Power Generation. Within these organisations, i recruit across a raft of departments and always welcome the most difficult of roles to prove my ability with a view to developing lasting relationships. Among my achievements, I am very proud of having trained the recipient of the first ever IRP “Recruitment Apprentice of the Year Award” voted by the recruitment governing body, the REC.
