I lead a large, enterprise-wide transformation programme to implement a group-wide Middle Office platform, centralising and standardising timesheet, payroll, billing and reporting processes across multiple UK legal entities.The programme is business-critical, underpinning revenue generation, worker pay, client billing, financial control and regulatory compliance. It is vendor-led, highly integrated with existing front-office and finance systems, and operates under significant delivery and operational risk.My role spans full end-to-end programme leadership, including- delivery across multiple legal entities with differing operating models- close collaboration with finance, legal, technology, operations and external vendors- oversight of data migration, process standardisation and system integration- ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements- leading change management, training and adoption across large user populationsAlongside this role, I previously led the organisation’s IR35 change programme, giving me deep experience in delivering regulatory change at scale and embedding new ways of working into live operations.
