When I returned from travelling, I had a clear idea what kind of company I wanted to work for and I\'ve found it in Konsileo. Being a \'teal\' organisation I am 100% self managed and am free to do what is right by my client without barrier. Its very common in the Insurance industry to be told where you should be placing business and how much we should be earning however I have no such directives as I don\'t have anyone \'managing\' me.Honesty and authenticity are my key values in business and I believe in having a long term view which allows me to really build relationships and take responsibility for my clients insurance portfolio. I get a strong sense of purpose from helping people and contributing to something greater than myself and I see that realised through helping my clients grow.
