Responsibilities include- Member of the AEL Board of Directors- Responsible for the development and delivery of QHSE / Sustainability / Facilities Management Strategies and KPI’s for all global sites and projects- Primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on all QHSE / Sustainability / Facilities matters- Recruitment, management, and development of a global team of QHSE, Sustainability & Facilities personnel working both on / offshore- Design and delivery of performance updates to investors / client representatives- Responsible for the maintenance, and expansion of company accreditations (ISO9001, ISO14001, IO45001, Achilles, Ecovadis) and delivery of the associated audit programme- Design and delivery of company management and monitoring systems to support the effective completion of carbon foot printing exercises- Management of Carbon foot printing projects (Scope 1, 2 & 3) in accordance with the GHG protocol, and development and delivery of the associated offsetting programme in line with company CSR commitments- Development of groups and teams to support effective communication and engagement in QHSE & Sustainability matters across the organisation- Conduct incident investigations (local and international) and preparing reports for corrective actions utilising established RCA (Root Cause Analysis) tools and software- Control of multiple budgets to maximise benefit in terms of reducing loss, meeting legislative requirements & developing client / investor interest in ESG initiatives and messaging- Coordinate the completion of lifecycle analysis, FMECA studies, HAZOP / HAZIDs to support company innovations- Liaise with external agencies to develop and deliver key Company publications such as annual ESG Report and Decarbonisation Plan- Design & implementation of a Carbon Calculator to support the company and client decarbonisation commitments through the development and delivery of company assets, projects, and proposals.
