In 2022, I developed an air quality monitoring system designed to detect vaping with precision. What began as a solution to a growing issue in schools has since evolved, alongside my wife and cofounder, Jean Hassett, into Vape Guardian, a market leading detection and safeguarding platform now used by hundreds of organisations across the UK and beyond.Today, Vape Guardian and its award winning technology are trusted by schools, local authorities, construction firms, and international partners in over 13 countries. We are proud to be specified by the Department for Education, to collaborate on research with the University of Southampton, and to have been featured by the BBC, among others.
