I investigate how the brain forms and retrieves memories, using modern human neuroscience techniques. I received my PhD from the University of Salzburg in 2005. My lab at the CCNi at the University of Glasgow uses observational methods (such as EEG, MEG, fMRI, intracranial EEG, and human single neuron studies) and stimulation methods (TMS, tACS, intracranial electrical stimulation). I am full-time employed by the University of Glasgow and am a scientific advisor to Braingrade GmbH.
