I am a graduate from Purdue University who studied Mechanical Engineering Technology. I am now a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at dormakaba, where I solve problems using elements of Lean Six Sigma on a daily basis. The main effect of my role is the reduction of lead times, reduction in inventory, improvements in efficiency, and improvements in safety. All my projects focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.My core values are integrity, teamwork, respect, and responsibility.
