Yes, they are in fact often better leaders for many reasons, always have been.(Iroquois federation and uses in the US constitution). We are also massively supporting and advancing green initiatives. Taking insights from, and providing the best possible experience/training for our industry’s most valuable asset - THE CREW! Any and all collaborations welcome; companies, crew, tech, recruiters, training schools, non profits/charities, media. The goal is to use all the systems and tools not yet implemented well in our sector - social media, tv, AI, tech/VR, aviation standards, employee satisfaction priorities & policies - to propel the US and International Maritime industry towards the visibility and recognition it deserves, and; Deliver some much needed humanitarian aid and financial support to all good causes a long the way! Career experience; Tug boat captain specializing in ship assist and ASD/Z drive operations. 10 years on tugs in the US (NYC, Boston, West Coast, dredging, wire work) and 12 years jumping between the British Navy support fleet, Cruise ships and Superyachts worldwide.
