I lead and manage the Legal department of Deloitte Société d\'Avocats, which comprises over than 150 lawyers practicing in all areas of Business Law and Labor Law.My practice focuses on corporate law and mergers & acquisitions and I have developed a strong expertise in international legal reorganizations and I assist my clients with their domestic and cross-border mergers, post-acquisition integration operations, joint ventures and group reorganizations, both during the preliminary legal structuring of these operations and throughout the implementation phase.I also have a significant experience in managing complex international projects, with the support of lawyers in the Deloitte Legal international network.As a member of the firm’s Financial Services Industry team, I regularly advise and assist French and international groups in the banking and insurance sectors, in particular concerning regulatory issues (international regulatory structuring, ACPR and/or AMF approvals, European passport, procedures with foreign regulators).
