ABOUT SIMON EMHARDT
As a PMP-certified project manager with experience in waterfall, hybrid and agile execution methods, I have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. With nearly five years of international experience in the U.S, China, and the UK, I developed a global mindset. This experience has strenghtened my ability to manage projects across borders and integrate into international teams and corporate structures. I am currently a Project Manager at ST Engineering, developing a 1MW alkaline electrolyzer. Previously, I worked at Quantron, managing the development of a 44t fuel cell truck for the heavy-duty sector. This involved collaborating with cross-functional teams from product management, after-sales, production and procurement to ensure smooth execution. Prior to that, at Wenger Engineering, I led hydrogen engineering and EPC projects. My role involved overseeing interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with suppliers to meet project objectives. I focused on a customer-first approach, balancing technical feasibility, business needs and stakeholder expectations.
