Role has included Construction Programme Lead responsible for the construction and closeout of major projects arising from the legacy Highways Agency programme and the Regional investment strategy (RIS 1 & 2) in the South East region. Construction projects included the award winning M25 junction 30 congestion relief project, A21 Tonbridge to Pembury dualling scheme, M20 junction 10a, M271 Redbridge junction. Legacy projects included M25 DBFO initial and later upgrading schemes, A23 Handcross to Warninglid and A3 Hindhead Tunnel.Package Manager for production of project specific NEC4 ECC contract volumes, the briefing of project teams on the new framework contract and the on-boarding of the Regional Delivery Partner for Package B5 (M25 junction 10 & A2 Bean Ebbsfleet).Senior Project Manager for the M25 junction 10/A3 improvement project involving innovative modular construction techniques, major utility diversions and a significant ecological and environmental package including UK’s first heathland green bridge. As part of the Senior Leadership team for this collaborative partnership, I’m responsible for ensuring delivery of an efficient, value for money, quality outcome against challenging targets.Line managements of staff at all grades, mentoring their personal and professional development and supporting their application for professional qualifications. My work with graduates and apprentices was recognised with the Early Talent ‘Placement Manager of the year’ award in 2024Home, Safe and Well Ambassador promoting sae behaviours and standards and presenting local briefing and training workshops.
