Assist in the creation of the company’s first legal unit for contract review and negotiation (drafting templates; creating and implementing policies and procedures, including SLAs). • Act as a resource person for more junior lawyers to provide guidance and assist them with their files.• Responsible for providing legal advice on various areas of contractual, commercial and regulatory laws for various departments including contract management and procurement.• Draft, review and negotiate various master service agreements (for IT and Non-IT suppliers). • Provide legal support to various internal clients (Procurement, Contract Management, IT, etc.) and lead complex legal analysis on emerging legal topics, in a new and changing legal landscape.• Coordinating with external counsel on various matters.• Provide legal training to business units and prepared various corporate policies.
