After spending almost 15 years in retail in the technology field, I worked from a being a part time mobile phone sales consultant to a General Manager of Multi-million £ business. Now approaching 10 years in the furniture retail field, with an amazing business that doesn\'t follow the mold of typical hard sales After many years on the front line I now work to drive and protect the operational side of the business. I have progressed through from being part of the business protection model as a Business Improvement Analyst, to the implementation of a new stock control system to align brand distribution, to operations Management leading the Stock Control and Central Admins teams. I currently head up Operations for Sofology alongside being on the functional design project of a new group Order Management System to support future business growth.
