Managing the risk process, raising the awareness and capability to meet or exceed standards and guidelines for managing operational and cyber risk e.g PCI DSS, DORA, NCSC, Cyber Essentials+, Cyber Governance Code of Practice, CIS Critical Security Controls, NIST, NIS2 and ISO 27001. Ensuring risks and issues are understood, gaps are identified, presenting clear decision-making information in order to focus on and successfully prioritise remedial actions. Constantly striving to deliver continuous improvement and using scarce resources effectively and efficiently in order to minimise waste and reduce operational and cyber risk.
