ABOUT SIMON DONATO
Dr. Simon Donato, is an entrepreneur, geologist, anthropologist, television host, writer, public speaker, adventurer, and ultra endurance sport enthusiast. Driven by a passion for bringing big ideas to life, Simon is the co-founder and CEO of Stoked Oats - one of Canada\'s largest natural oatmeal companies; founder of Adventure Science, a first of its kind volunteer based scientific field exploration organization started in 2008, and; co-founder, creative producer, and host of Boundless, an adventure sports television show that aired globally, and is still available on Amazon Prime. Simon has a strong expertise in operational management, leading teams to accomplish big goals, understanding customer needs, and successfully taking concepts from ideation to execution in short periods of time. An expert in expedition planning, he has also acted as a technical producer for other expedition based television programs. Simon has authored a number of academic papers on topics ranging from tsunamis, paleontology, education and scientific literacy, archaeology, and exercise physiology. In 2017, he wrote an autobiography called The Boundless Life, which detailed the life lessons learned through his numerous expeditions, adventures, and the major races that he\'s had the privilege of participating in.
