Retired to pursue my passions Head of Product email Identity and Customer Data Security for BT Consumer. Hi, I work in the Consumer Digital Products Team, my background is in Lean Six Sigma (Black belt) and I have been working in the digital and product space since the launch of dial-up. I look after the P&L for consumer email and manage Identity and Customer online security for the Consumer team. If you have ever seen a cookie pop-up on a website - sorry - that was me - I led the delivery of a solution for the \'EU cookie directive\' working closely with the ICC(UK), BT were first to market and the whole world copied it (although few did as good a job as BT did)-) Outside work I enjoy spending time with my family, releasing my frustration through karate and studying astronomy. I am a trustee of my local astronomical society.
