Starting my career as a recruitment professional, I am deeply passionate about developing talent. I established Identify in 2014, a distinguished search and selection firm located in East Yorkshire. It is our commitment to match our clients with exceptional candidates, powered by our unique, 21st century approach that supports our clients in making better hiring decisions.Beyond my role in recruitment, I am also the founder of Top 30 Under 30s, an esteemed awards process dedicated to celebrating and empowering future leaders across the Yorkshire region. Through this initiative, I recognise outstanding individuals at employers in the Hull & Humber, Leeds & West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire regions, and further develop them through a 12 month process of leadership development, peer to peer support and confidence building.
