PRINCIPAL PRODUCTION GEOLOGIST, SUBSURFACE DEVELOPMENT LEAD and GEOLOGY DISCIPLINE LEAD with more than 30 years of progressive and successful experience in oil field studies and oil field developments. Mostly in building innovative suites of reservoir models for brownfield redevelopment (typically Nigeria, UK Brent Group, BP Deepwater), for greenfield development planning (Browse Basin gas fields, plus Nigeria gas fields and also Sakhalin). Also in execution of field development programmes, drilling wells in mature fields, optimising infill, etc.(typically UK Brent Group and Triassic of the whole North Sea). Large experience in reservoir modelling methods, techniques, uncertainty management and geological interpretations, correlations, stratigraphy. Coaching and mentoring experience in technical work with junior staff. A long track record of in-depth involvement in safety, health, DSE. Providing confidence to manage risk and uncertainty, particularly in complex and difficult oil fields, and redevelop brownfields with novel and innovative working methods.
