ABOUT SIMON DALEY

Simon Daley is a digital advirory partner at MNP. Drawing on more than 18 years of project management, business analysis and consulting experience, Simon helps clients understand technology in a way that allows them to better manage their technology decisions. Using a broad spectrum of technology experience, he helps organizations strategize around appropriate technology for their business both now and in the future. He aids organizations in understanding how to optimize their technology ecosystems and use technology to accelerate the speed of thought or decision.Simon has managed project teams and stakeholders across the globe (USA, Asia and Europe) as well as in Canada. He has been instrumental in the implementation of numerous projects varying in scale up to multi-million dollar custom applications.Simon is familiar with the project management body of knowledge (PMBoK) and best practices in project management. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a PMI (Project Management Institute) member. Experienced in adapting project management approach to meet the needs of project size or makeup including both agile (especially SCRUM) traditional (PMI PMBoK) or hybrid approach. Simon is also certified in Prosci Change Management methodologies together with ITIL certification in technology management.Simon has been instrumental in the development of MNP’s solution selection framework and playbook and is an in-demand resource in digital transformation solution selection across all sectors and industries
