Lead clients through a levelling, benchmarking, design, costing and implementation phases of projects. Ensure newly created frameworks meet the bespoke criteria for each client whilst delivering a sustainable solution. Executive Benchmarking – deliver bespoke executive compensation reviews for clients. Evaluate relevant comparators and benchmarked individual roles to provide recommendations on base pay and total compensation at c-suite level. Global Pay Benchmarking – evaluate clients requirements and sourcing relevant data source(s) to enable full global review of compensation. Leading a team to match roles against methodology, validate results and create insights to inform reward strategy.Pay Gap Analysis – oversee pay gap reviews, including analysing trends across gender, diversity, disability and sexual orientation. Deliver action plans to address issues identified. Supported global clients to prepare for EU Pay Transparency Directive by developing roadmaps based on analysis of current position.
