Led the Sustainability and Transformation Partnership for NW London, including a team of c.100 change professionals.2015/16: Provided consultancy support to the business planning and transformation programme for Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust.2014/15: Led the business case development and approval to procure a £300m new hospital at Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust and a large scale reconfiguration involving 4 sites.2013/14: Consultancy support for the transformation of Queen Mary\'s Hospital, Sidcup, from being an unsustainable District General Hospital into a vibrant community facing hospital.
